On the Way to Work: Outsource Manhole Covers

I guess this isn’t really surprising, but I noticed that the manhole covers in the parking lot of my apt. complex are made in Mexico.  No real reason why flat metal covers shouldn’t be made in other countries.  I just never thought of them being something outsourced to another country.
