Navigation goes crazy – not sure what’s going on with my blog

I honestly don’t know what’s going on, but for some reason the navigation bar to the right on the home page only of my blog is appearing way at the bottom.  If you go to a post it’s fine.  But on the main page…no go.  Fun fun digging around in css and php…
